A better way to create off-leash opportunities

A responsible dog program for Collingwood. Safer shared spaces. Higher standards. Better animal amenities.

A concept, not a commitment.

This is a proposal with its evidence, its costs and its downsides written down so they can be argued with. Nothing in it has been approved, costed or decided by the Town, and the figures are illustrative unless they carry a source.
